I listened to Ok Go for the last few years. So the song was around, at least.
I think one of the reasons nothing like that happened in Suite Jesus is because it's kinda hard to dance to E80.

Random facts I just found out (that you probably know already)...
The backyard video was choreographed by the sister of one of the members, filmed with a personal video camera, done without the knowledge of their label, and filmed in one take. It cost less than $10. It is the most downloaded music video ever.
The guy who's singer in all the videos is the bass player. The tall guy is the actual lead singer.
